By accessing and using CloudCompute Pro services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CloudCompute Pro provides cloud computing infrastructure services including but not limited to:

  • Virtual private servers (VPS)
  • GPU computing instances
  • Storage solutions
  • Network services
  • Related management tools and APIs

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Promptly updating your account information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Unauthorized access to other systems or networks
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
  • Mining cryptocurrency without explicit permission
  • Activities that could damage, disable, or impair our services

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

  • Fees are charged monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of service interruptions:

  • We will work to restore service as quickly as possible
  • Service credits may be available for extended outages
  • Planned maintenance will be announced in advance

7. Data and Privacy

Your data privacy and security are important to us:

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • Regular backups are performed but not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for your own data backups

8. Limitation of Liability

CloudCompute Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, your access to services will cease
  • Data may be deleted after account termination

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by CloudCompute Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our services or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
